REFUND= S

The company provides refunds in cases for any overcharging= of a membership subscription and for any technological issue due to the company's failure. Technical failures resulting from the consumer's end will be refunded in the sole discretion of the company. Until The Dog House, LLC. or the Site is notified, by e-mail, or by telephone of any breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable = for any unauthorized use of the Service.

Your account can automatically be suspended temporarily if The Dog House LLC suspects the account is being in an unauthorized manner. Unauthorized u= sage is deemed as multiple logins from different IP addresses, multiple logi= ns from different geographical territories or numerous failed login attemp= ts. In the event that your account is suspended, you will be contacted via email at the main contact email address given during registration with a new login and password. If the account is automatically suspended three times, you will need to contact Customer Service in order to verify your identity for further investigation of the situation.<= /p>

DELIVE= RY/RENTAL PERIOD

The company provides electronic access to all materials purchased on the site for the specified rental period upon receipt of payment for such services. Unless otherwise specified the rental period for all products is for a 96 hour period. This period star= ts when the subscriber first accesses that product and ends after 96 hours= or 30 days after the time of purchase (regardless of whether or not that product was accessed) whichever comes first. TERMIN= ATION / CANCELLATION
